Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you received your order. Products MUST be returned in the same condition that you received it before a refund will be issued. Items received with obvious signs of use will be refunded 50% of the item price.

If your return is shipped after the time frames indicated above we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged items must be returned in their original carton with details about the damage to your item. Once received a replacement will be sent.

To return maerchandise please:

• Carefully package the item to prevent damage.
• Pay postage. (Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D.).
• Return by UPS or insured Parcel Post.
• If paid by Credit Card, your card will be credited as soon as the return is received. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear.
