Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date you received your order. Products MUST be returned in the same condition that you received it before a refund will be issued. Items received with obvious signs of use will be refunded 50% of the item price.
If your return is shipped after the time frames indicated above we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged items must be returned in their original carton with details about the damage to your item. Once received a replacement will be sent.
To return merchandise please:
Carefully package the item to prevent damage.
Pay postage. (Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D.).
Return by UPS or insured Parcel Post.
If paid by Credit Card, your card will be credited as soon as the return is received. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear.
